So me and a buddy are looking for a 2 man- 6 hero build to clear the domain of anguish and defeat mallyx. WE have been looking at two builds on pvx wiki.

Mallyx heroway

Doa Platoon- can this be run without cons?

Has anyone tested/ ran these two builds and can you give me any feedback.

Also does the Mallyx way claer all the Doa or is it just for Mallyx.

Platoon says clearly on the page that This build requires Consumables to operate properly. And afaik the Mallyx heroway is just for Mallyx. I've been interested in the platoon build too lately, but then again.. I'll keep an eye on this thread.

me and my friend run the platoon build. it doesnt *need* consumables, but they help tremendously. you just need to be very careful with aggro without them. make sure you have the imbagon and DwG as you and your buddy or else things can get hard even with consumables

thx fellas.... so with proper aggro platoon way does not need consumables.

Also does anyone have times for platoon way with AND without cons thx

A guy I've teamed up several times with over the last year and I have been (just by chance doing things at the same time) farming gemstones. I'm an imba (slight changes) and he's a rit (going SoS instead Glaive). I run sabway and he runs an AotL MM, a N-Rt healer with Wep of Remedy, and lastly Gwen as a Panic mes.
We beat Veil in HM in about 30 min, but we did FR in NM in about the same time it takes an entirely human Glaiveway PUG to do it.

One change I will recommend though for the imba. Bring instead Spear of Fury, Stand your ground, We Shall Return and the last can either beCan't Touch this for Veil, LB Signet, Blazing Finale, or even an Anthem (weariness or flame).

For HM, Gloom is Doom for paras. Sorry, just don't bother.

Note, if you are doing Veil in HM (like for ZM or just because) the para should bring CTT and switch focused anger for Soldier's Fury since it will give IAS and adrenaline gain constantly.

what was your total time in that full run?

I wasn't honestly timing it, but I put the time around 90 min to two hours roughly.

If running the exact builds on wiki, is doa platoon the most effective hero clear of the domain of anguish.
